BSD Under oath! The Torah rules that sometimes an accused person should take an oath (shevua) and thus remove the claims against him or her. Yet, when it comes to certain items the rule of Shevua doesn't apply, and an oath is not taken. What are those "certain items"? And why are they excluded from an oath?
