Welcome! If you are studying for the #mblex you are in the right place. Your exam will have an average of 17 out of 100 based in Client Assessment. My class structure delivers you three parts.
Part One - Mindset and test taking strategy. Today we talk about Game Day and mental preparing for your test.
Part Two- We walk step by step on best practices for reviewing Health Intake forms, session planning as well as revisit contraindications both general and specific. This lesson is taught from the perspective of what type of question you will see on the #mblex
Part Three - Be ready to dissect some questions. Using your test taking tools (Read the entire question; Eliminate wrong answers; Pick the best answer) we dissect questions long and short. Great practice for Client Assessment questions on the actual test.
Enjoy!
