Speaker Biography:
Neelika Malavige is a distinguished Sri Lankan academic, professor, researcher, and scientist. She was the former head the Department of Immunology and Molecular Medicine at, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, an academic visitor at the University of Oxford since 2008 and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society of Infectious Diseases. She also headed the Global Dengue Program at Drugs for Neglected Diseases Initiative from June 2022 to 2024.
