I think everyone should have a finger in this information). What he’s finding, and what ancient tradition points to as well, is that meditation can solve a LOT of our existing issues with mental health and wellbeing.

So, show up to the practice. And remember, it doesn’t matter how many times you have to return. It just matters that you continue to do so.
