Angeloume Vooruit won the 1st national Angouleme as a yearling in 2018 against 5,030 pigeons but he was the fastest against 9,555 pigeons including old birds. He won with a lead of 17 minutes before the 2nd pigeon of the 9,555 pigeons and with a 26-minute lead on Armando, who won the 1st national on the same race in the old birds category. This made Armando famous.
