Gevaert-Lannoo is a small pigeon racing loft in Deinze, Belgium, known for their impressive results despite starting each season with only 12 cocks and 12 hens. However, due to the health problems of their partner, Carlos, they stopped racing and sold all of their pigeons, keeping only a late round of 24 youngsters. In this video, we meet the passionate team behind Gevaert-Lannoo and learn about their top champions, including Ivanka, the 1st Olympic pigeon of Belgium, and Enable, who won the 1st National on Argenton. We also hear about Platina, their hen with the golden eggs, and the success of her grandchildren in the province of East Flanders. It is a pity that Gevaert-Lannoo must sell their top pigeons at the end of November, marking the end of an era for the small loft with big results.
