On the final race, with contenders for the bird of the year award a pigeon racer faces a huge dilemma. To wait for his own auction race winners to arrive or to help his friend who is out of town due to personal issues. Roberto Llorca from Sin Bandera Loft abandons his loft, to ensure his friend has clocked his auction race winners. On arrival to his own loft, he finds his own auction racing pigeon on the far from the clock. Clearly, to Roberto Llorca, his friends are worth much more than an award. His loved pigeons a gift from a friend in Wisconsin comes out as 7th bird of the year in the club short of the strong competitors it faced. However, this brings home a good point. Pigeons and awards, or even race money cannot have more bearing in your heart than friendships and morals. Enjoy this race as we anxiously await our loved birds.
