The series of highlights in the long-distance races over the past years seems endless for Ad Fortuin. After the 1st Nat. Agen 2018, 1st Int. St. Vincent 2019, and 1st Nat. Perpignan 2022, 2023 brought another remarkable achievement with the 1st Int. Pau, achieved by Lloyd Laureaat. Mentioning Ad Fortuin inevitably leads to Batenburg-Van De Merwe, whose pigeons largely form the foundation of the unprecedented success streak mentioned earlier. Ad now offers young pigeons from his best racing and breeding birds in an auction on PIPA.
